To control your betting, you can set daily, weekly and monthly limits at any time.

Deposit limit

• You are required to set a monthly deposit limit. The default limit is 1,000 EUR. The standard limit is 1,000 EUR per calendar month. If you wish to set amounts above the deposit limit of 1,000.00 EUR per month, you can make a request. You can set a lower limit at any time.
  Please note: Unfortunately, due to technical and organisational reasons, it is currently not possible to increase the limit above 1,000 EUR per calendar month.
• In addition, it is a legal requirement to set a monthly deposit limit for all operators , which will be transmitted to the national gambling control system (LUGAS). This monthly deposit limit is mandatory and includes all licensed gambling operators in Germany.

Stake limit

With the stake limit you can set a daily, weekly or monthly upper limit for your stakes. Once you have reached this limit, you will not be able to place any more bets during that period. This also applies if you have mainly won with your stakes.

Please note that due to regulatory requirements, a loss limit of 20% of the set stake limit automatically applies.

Loss limit

With the loss limit you can set a daily, weekly or monthly upper limit for your losses. Winnings are offset against the loss limit. You can adjust your personal loss limit here.

General rules for the limits

Please note that a decrease of a limit will be implemented immediately by the system. However, due to legal requirements, an increase of a limit will only be effectively implemented in the system after seven days.

• The daily limit applies from 00:00 a.m. to 23:59 p.m.
• The weekly limit applies from Monday 00:00 a.m. to Sunday 23:59 p.m.
• The monthly limit applies from 00:00 a.m. on the first day of the month until 23:59 p.m. on the last day of the month.
