Accumulator Boost (“Acca Boost”) Terms and conditions

I. General

1. The promoter of this promotion is ODDSET Sportwetten GmbH with its registered office at Konrad-Zuse-Platz 12, 81829 Munich, with the commercial register number HRB 196232.
2. This promotion is valid from February 13th, 2024, 6:00 p.m. CET until December 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. CET (the “promotion period”).
3. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
4. By taking part in this promotion, the customer accepts these specific terms and conditions for the Acca Boost, the general bonus terms and conditions as well as the general terms and conditions for online sports betting.
5. In the event that the general terms and conditions and/or the general bonus terms and conditions conflict with these specific terms and conditions for the Acca Boost, or in the event of incompatibility, these special terms and conditions shall apply first, followed by the general bonus terms and conditions. This provision shall only be applied to the extent necessary to remove the respective contradiction or incompatibility.
6. Players must:
1. be over 18 years old;
2. have a verified ODDSET account;
3. be able to see the promotion in the account area of their ODDSET account during the promotion period.

II. Mechanics

1. In order to participate in the Accumulator Bonus promotion, an eligible player (see section I. 6.) must place their eligible bets (see section III. ) during the promotion period.
2. The Accumulator Bonus promotion is available for all accumulators placed during the promotion period and represents a so-called boosted winning.
3. Eligible successful accumulator bets receive the additional boost to their winnings excluding stake.
4. The boosted winning percentage will be determined based on the number of selections in the accumulator as defined in section IV. The respective boosted winnings will be credited to the player’s account like a regular winning as soon as the eligible winning accumulator has been settled.

III. Eligible Bet

1. (an ''Eligible Bet'') An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
1. 3+ selections and placed as an accumulator bet;
2. Min Odds 1.25 (1/4) per selection;
3. Only pre-event bets will count towards this promotion;
2. If an eligible player places an eligible bet, which is successful, the player will receive a boosted winning (see section V.)
3. The following bets do not count as eligible bets:
1. Bets placed on enhanced accumulators/price boosts;
2. Duplicate and void bets;
3. Cancelled bets and system bets do not count towards this offer;
4. Cash out bets;
5. Bets placed using free bets;

12. 14-folds or more: 70% bonus

VI. Other

1. ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to impose restrictions on the player account, such as deposit restrictions, in order to comply with legal obligations. ODDSET GmbH is not responsible if these restrictions have an impact on the customer’s ability to fulfill the conditions for this promotion and/or have an impact on the release of this promotion.
2. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
3. ODDSET GmbH reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the regular terms and conditions.
